How are the two enrollment formats different?
A course package lets you pay once for a fixed number of sessions (8/16/20 sessions · choose weekdays) and complete a curriculum with the same teacher. Single lessons let you book and pay one lesson at a time on any date/time without regular enrollment. Both formats have no auto-payment or auto-renewal; register again manually if you want to continue.
How are classes conducted?
Every lesson is a 50-minute video session in our platform classroom. You can choose between IELTS focus and practical English conversation, and once your booking is confirmed we'll send you the join link.
How does this help me prepare for IELTS?
The IELTS intensive track is taught speaking-first by instructors who have coached the exam. After every lesson the AI transcribes your speech and delivers a report with your errors classified by type, and your teacher targets recurring errors in the next lesson. You and your teacher assess your target band and current level in the first lesson.
Where are the teachers from?
Our teachers are English-education professionals from the Philippines — an ESL powerhouse where English is an official language. They are veterans who served as supervisors and teacher trainers at leading language academies. You can see each teacher's background and reviews on their profile.
What is the difference between 1:1 and group classes?
1:1 is a private personalized lesson with the teacher. Group classes open in small cohorts during popular times, so you can speak and learn together at a more reasonable price. Groups have up to 4 students, and both course packages and single lessons are available.
What role does the AI play?
AI does not replace human teachers. It transcribes lesson audio/captions and flags grammar/expression issues so the teacher can explain those points again. Lesson video is not stored; only transcript text is processed.
Will I be charged automatically if I continue?
No. Course packages automatically end when the fixed session count is complete, with no auto-payment or auto-renewal. If you want to continue, register again manually. All courses are short-term programs under 30 hours.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Course packages are fully refundable before classes start. After start, refunds are calculated based on remaining sessions, excluding sessions already completed or past the cancellation window at the request time; if the amount under the relevant laws (Academy Act Enforcement Decree Schedule 4 / Lifelong Education Act Enforcement Decree Schedule 3) is larger, the larger amount applies. Even within 7 days after payment, sessions that have already started are treated as services provided, while sessions not yet started are refundable. No-shows or cancellations after the lesson starts count as completed sessions. How is my personal data protected, and is it transferred abroad?
To deliver lessons, your name, contact, lesson records, and transcription text are transferred to a Philippines-based teacher, processed under the explicit consent collected at sign-up. View Privacy Policy
Why is only Google login supported?
We support signing in with Google only — so we don't store a separate password, keeping your account safer, and so we can sync your lesson schedule with Google Calendar.
